The Consumer Protection Code regulates the operations between Suppliers and Consumers. What is sought is harmony so that both achieve their goals. 

To the suppliers we seek to assure in an advisory way the compliance with the legislation in force in the relations with Consumers.

To Consumers Our services seek to ensure that the Code of Consumer Protection is fully complied with and, in the event of non-compliance, that there is compensation for damages and losses caused, either through out-of-court settlement or through legal action. 

The consumer has ensured his protection, whether in the purchase of the internet with the right of repentance, whether through the contracting of health insurance plans, bank contracts, financing, undue denial of the name, purchases with credit cards, purchases of products and services, among others, our office is able to meet and ensure the correct application of the consumer protection code.
